hey for mac users in order to get the lighting effects, have to turn the bit rate to 32 bit and restart the program. Finder>application>right click or option photoshop icon>get info> in the the general section, check the 32 bit box, exit out and restart photoshop.

@Andbott72 Did you do the gradient thing for the layer? Where he said to put a few more or a few less colors in depending on what you want
i go down to render and theres no lighting effects.is there another option?

@eBsNeP It may be beacause your on a mac and it's placed somewhere else, I have never owned a mac before so I wouldn't have a clue :/ try googling it and see where it it
