  • yea definatley...ive been trying to encourage sticking to main characters at chinatown fair in new york...itz been workin...its like ppl dont choose their mains because other ppl dont so they dont get that raw match expirience....japs stick to their one character till death

  • Yeah across all fighting games you see a bigger number of Japanese players specialising single charas while a larger portion of US players counterpick to some extent (just check SF IV out :S). Chun, being relatively counter free is consequently a pain for most to take out :)

  • yea you're right about that, but in japan, chun isnt really an issue, they know the matchup really well, thats why u.s players complain about chun...they dont understand what it takes to beat her...

  • compare her learning curve to yuns.

  • shes not easy to win with

  • Most common would be chun-li... She's ridiculously easy to use, she's also now top tier... above Yun, they use to be equal but now she's considered broken by some,

  • Is Yun the most common/favorable character in Street Fighter 3? His combos are sick..
