SIG for the Win

The SG550 is my favorite NATO rifle (or rather "rifle of NATO caliber") in the Zone. Many STALKER fans don't care for it because they find it to be nothing special. On the other side of the aisle is me. I luffs it. Its realworld counterpart is much more durable. It has everything you'd expect from Swiss craftsmanship: ergonomics, durability, and reliability.

Different types of iron sights make a difference, even in a game. Compare the crude sights of the AKs to the sleek diopter of the SIG.

@TheEpsilon6 I can tolerate that unless the weapon is a non-ambidextrous bullpup (like the OC-14 Groza). I understand animators wanting to show off their mad skills. But I think they could do that better by making the player character left-handed instead of inverting the in-game weapon model.

@TheGmodGuide Eastern Bloc peoples tend to have trouble with articles and prepositions because Cyrillic languages use different mechanics than Latin-based languages.
