Credit Cards have got nothing on A Mortgage, That is REAL Usury

Thanks for that series of videos :) Very interesting info. I stumbled across the 'freeman' info in June 09 and i have been through the motions with letter tennis back and forth, and in the end the debts get passed amongst debt collection agencies. They just buy debts off of each other, damn sharks they are :) They rarely write to me now. I read somewhere that when a DCA buys a debt from a credit card, the debt is actually paid off and your contract no longer exists.
People research this info :)

@wdcsucks1 More and more, I prefer the term "sleeple".

@babymalai Thanks, I prefer to take loans from a whole life insurance policy. I always repay them and never need to, but it gives me nearly 15 grand of fast ready cash. I also took two withdrawals from a couple of uni life policies in 2010 on my spouse, to set up my website. And my biz. Those, there is no way to pay back, but uni life are inferior products, anyway. I am about to close my credit card accounts and settle but will negotiate HEAVILY and keep a good credit rating. Cash is king!

@Smarterthanyouarable I am playing with Chase, have been since 1978. I have been starving the beast since 1994, you cannot believe how they changed after 9/11! An employee told me they want no more overseas accounts after then, even Americans abroad, such as myself! And a 25 thousand dollar minimum? I used to keep ten! I said, no, and they can kiss me goodbye soon! xo

@luwdmke Yes, I actually used to pay a bit more, and via certified mail., Once it got to the lawyer point, I was able to show my good faith. I paid 80 dollars per month on doctor bills, via certified mail, and a judge said, look at this, she earns almost nothing and yet gives you 80 per month via certified mail? Leave her alone, she is doing a great job! I kept my credit rating.

@CraigKramer I paid for my own education, took 12 years, no debt, I worked. I did get a merit scholarship, year two, for my artwork. When I got out, they said, oh, if you teach in a NYC public school for ONE YEAR we will forgive your student loans! I had only taken one for a grand cuz I invested it for a year and made a profit. I was so upset, what, I had to be a dominatrix to pay for school? Different times!

@babymalai I know, I have had credit since 1979 and go for years without using any cards! I prefer to keep a good credit rating. I have owned two apartments and never had a mortgage, owned two cars and never had a car payment, I save up and pay cash. I just asked them to show me my signature on a bunch of fishy charges, and they were hard to pin down! I await their snail mail. xo

@babymalai I have such a hard time calling them from France. 800 numbers cost me one euro per minute, and we cannot do collect calls. Their land line is free to me, so I just phone regularly and then follow up with snail mails. 2010 is the first year I had debt since 1994, necessary as I have no income and do not receive any stipends. I will ask them to settle for less, I have done it before. As long as I don't speak up late, and I write, it works. xo

@babymalai In the past, my small payments and acknowledgement of the debt and I did it all by certified mail on time faithfully on time got good settlement. I just found out my credit card company is about to boost me from 14 to 19 per cent. in February! My account will be closed this month. I am already working with them on it. I have never been a deadbeat but have negotiated a lot in the past, I have legal bg. xo
isnt that great, they type into existence what ever amount of money you want to owe them back and you go and bust your ass and waste your life to pay back what cost only a one or two key strokes on the computer keyboard. WE ARE SUCH SHEEPLE!!!

The same banks that control our economies are the same banks that get bailouts. They, in essence, control whether or not you have the ability to pay them back because they can and do stop the economies cold.
I personally know of main players in the mortgage loan fiasco giving loans out to home builders and real estate brokers, knowing full well that the market was going to go cold. They gave loans knowing that the people needed home sales to pay the loans...fraud. Banks have too much power.
