if you couldnt tell by this vid u guys shouldnt be doing this your self there was a huge difference alot quicker shifts and firmer witch will extend the life on the transmission and get u a better 0-60 as well

installing those trasgo kits in the 700r4 works great, but you have to be careful tho. thos trans are picky
