  • I really like the guitarist. There is a passion and sincerity in his playing.

  • a very difficult guitar piece.brilliant player. i wish if he had come to Lebanon to watch him in concert. he is present with his sensitiveness.

  • It's incredibly hard to play it at this pace. Play it slightly slower a la Manuel Barueco and it's playable, but even then I would say it's bordering on impossible. I'm playing it for my Diploma, and if I could play it half as well as this guy can, well.... :O

  • @simples244 I love this Albeniz piece. It's just so difficult on the guitar, that's why hardly anyone plays it, let alone records it. I haven't heard one guitarist's recording of this that gets out of the shadow of the piano versions. Perhaps you're watching hobbyists upload their piano versions of it?

  • @simples244 This is a great job on this, but better than piano versions??? Are you serious? I've yet to hear a pianist slow down at the 1:50 mark (all guitarists slow down here, such a shame it doesn't fall easier on the fingerboard - it really takes away from the piece, slowing it down) Also, I disagree with his choice of harmony notes he arranged in there around 2:25, but I'm a picky guy.

  • Shher joy to listen to. Surely one of the greats of today, with terrific technique and musical integrity which can only lift the guitars reputation as a serious instrument in a bias musical climate. As good if not better than many piano versions around.Take note ALL you 'serious' musicians .

  • Really fabulous playing, so rhythmically alive.

    Many thanks maestro
