  • hey man, so is it possible to use any of the buttons as a "Play Once" button like in the Rang+ (or DL4's Looper, i believe that was immitating the rang+)

  • @MinorMotion Hey, you can find all the possibilities of this function in the manual (click on the link in the video description).

  • It would help if you use more distinctive loops, like a bass line or percussion, cause it sounds like there is only one loop going on in the background.

  • @verdescalientes

If you want to use several instruments, a mixer is very important... In stereo of course..

  • Merci! i apologize that i can't speak French...only English and German...i hope you understand this (something tells me you will), but though this demo is very short, it is one of the best i have seen for this product. your loops sound great, and you did a great job in showing how this product can both be complex, yet fluid, int its use. this is the first time in more than 4 years that i have been compelled to reply to a post, and thankfully this time it was for something positive. great job!!!

  • @oudihrant Thanks a lot ;)

  • @Splentaur Thanks,

Your connections are configured in stereo ? In the manual the different ways to connect the Rang III are explain, and it change a lot of things... Otherwise I don't know why, that's strange !

  • @giopagoda Thanks !

    I don't know Bill Frisell...

The master loop is very useful like a short loop, but even if it's long it works.

Slave loop duration = 1,2,3..(as you want) x Master loop duration.

So it doesn't work with your loop 2...

You could make the master loop shorter, and your loop 1 with 8 bars and the 5 with 11...

There is always a solution !

  • This sounds beautiful dude. Have you heard of Bill Frisell? It reminded me so much of his record "Good Dog Happy Man" (a favorite of mine). Congratulations!

Let me ask you, are all Loops "slaves" to the master? or can I record, for example, loop one lasting 4 bars, and loop 2 lasting 5 and a half bars, or each loop in a different beat, stuff like that?

    Thanks!

  • really informative demo. I'm having a bit of a difficult time learning to use my III, and reviewing this video has helped.. Good captions. The only problem I'm having now is that it seems to overwrite the rest of the loop when I'm stacking, instead of just adding to the loop.

  • nice!
