The differences between the movie and the book is vastly different. Honestly, the movie isn't anything like the book minus the title and main character names (and that's if-y). The movie instead of being based of the book; it needed to say it was inspired by the book.

this is one of my favorite movies ever. but the book is soooo much better. it does my headin that the film's different.

IMHO, I didn't really like Blood and Chocolate. If it had been stand alone without the books pre-existence it would have been amazing. But since the book existed beforehand... it was just disapointing.
Still a good movie if you ignore the book though. ^_^
