Lalah's death (SD Gundam G Generation Advance)

One of the most famous scenes in Gundam history, on G Gen Advance. It's quite strange to see CCA era suits, but it still works. And since Amuro has not yet matured, we can't use the Nu Gundam's hyper mode and ultimate attack.

As Amuro and Lalah fight each other, they sense who the pilots are, and realize they are soulmates who have a "Newtype bonding".

Char interrupts, thinking Lalah is consorting with the enemy. Amuro overpowers him and goes in for the finishing blow, which Lalah takes instead.

This is the point where Amuro and Char's rivalry, which was completely professional up til now, rise to become a very personal rivalry.
