This has always been a Calcaneous favorite. Originally performed by the southern rock band Blackfoot in the early 80s. This rendition was recorded on April 27, 2008 at the final session at Fat Tracks Studio by Metal Blues rocker Stanley Jay Tucker. The studio is housed in the old Buck Owens Studios building known in earlier times as the River Theater. The still photos were taken by world renowned rock 'n roll photographer Ron Raffaelli.

  • guitar is way off. chords are right but tempo and everything else are off

  • We never meant to make an exact copy of the original song, if you want that then the original is still around to enjoy. This was a spur of the moment recording and we had no rehearsal before hand. You might however like our live version, which has more of the original flavor to it. Thanks for watching and commenting!

  • Different take on the Blackfoot classic, for sure....sounds like you guys at least had fun whilst recording.

  • I personally dislike you're choice of a new main guitar riff, and the vocals are very whiny compared to the rough manliness of the original.

  • it was pretty good

  • wtf with the singer? evry1 else great! |,,|

  • This is nothing as good as the orginal, but still entertaining.

  • hell yeah y'all rock!

  • the original is blackfoot train train. the beginning has a harmonica before the guitar starts

  • i dont know the original music... well, to say the truth, i am confused, this is an original music of yours or from another band? At the beginning of the video i saw "Artist: Stanley Jay Tucker", but then oi saw the first comment saying "have you even heard the original, this is not good".... Well, doens't matter, the video is very cool, the sound is crazy... I liked it... Keep going..
