how did you change your people religion to that... oh yeah one unrelated question... is there a way I can change from warrior to scientist or something else?

yeah, if you make an alliance with a space empire that has the religion you desire and they are a 5 star empire.
you can ask them about there ways, than u can take a mission in the mission menu, when u accept the mission and u completed it, ur religion is changed, but this cost a lot of : time or money or tools.

by changing, my people's religion into that of an ecologist religion. not that difficult.
