Definitely under-rehearsed. It could have been much better. But still, always great seeing U2. Notice how Chaka is not sensing/intuiting her way through the song, but looking at Bono to pick up what he would be doing. That usually happens in the first two-three takes during rehearsals and then you soon start intuiting and performing with the other. Thus if they had practiced a little harder; it would have been better.
