I think that is a "taupe" sheets... really thanks i won't buy that tofu sheets anymore... they are sold dry for some chinese dishes... Thank you ,thank you !

yes really yakky! Good thing organic food is in fashion... so industrial manufacturer making tofu under HACCP standards!
