It's finally been done!

This was recorded with an emulator using one save state (for the megaflip). I didn't use slowdown or frame advance. This is easily possible on a console though it may take awhile to do perfectly)!!

theres another way:

Get deku nuts sword + shield then go to hole of Z then when navi wants to talk just go in come out press C-Up and use a deku nut. You should be able to move freely then just walk past the guy without ending the conversation
