First discovered by Tom Kloster, Chak Chak Falls tumbles 100+ feet in a remote corner of the Salmon-Huckleberry Wilderness in the Mount Hood National Forest. The name "Chak Chak" is Chinook jargon for "bald eagle", after the bald eagle population which lives in this valley.

How do you get here? It's not the "Eagle Creek to Wahtum Lake" trail is it? It must be something different. Isn't it a different trail. If it was the same trail I'm sure I would recognize this waterfall. Anyway, four stars (pretty cool)!
