even if they had been horrible in 09 Sherman would have survived. He probably would have made it through a bad year this year too. Clearly Brando is clueless when it comes to contracts. Sherman signed a 7 year deal (I still cant believe it but he did) and it would be impossible for the A&M athletic department to can him in year 2 of the 7 like Brando was claiming b/c of the massive payout they would have had to swallow. Who fires a coach trying to rebuild a program in year two anyway?
