What would be design without law?
To shape social design authentically, one has to, just as design and economy is part of the whole, look at design and law.
Recognizing unecological, qualitatively bad and bad design as malicious injury of property, one makes use of authority of state.
Only through a global, all domains touching regulation, the law for production only under the newest, ecological, best quality standards and the making accessible of those to all, one can authentically represent social design.
Who, in this ecological frame, wants to use others than the to him or her accessible technologies, can do this and has the duty to make those accessible, without in- or exclusion, to society and has the right to get support as needed. Mass-produced ecological, best quality basics have to be accessible to all.
This is global government design.

room for inventing and autonomous creating,
about the uncompromisingness and consequence of highest ecological standard and highest qualitative standard and about non-racist, non-religious and non-national ethics.

How?: Democracy
What?: Law against production not under the newest ecological, best-quality standards. Experts set the standards in all domains.
Official basics are being designed and are accessible to all. All can work for them. If a product besides the official product-range is being designed, then all can come to the factory that produces it and can build their own or get the plans. The same goes for the official products. All got the right to create their ideas, to get support, tools and total transparency of all plans and to go to where they want to. This is set by law.
