In part three of a three-part interview with VOA Khmer, the Philadelphia-based Garella explains there is no evidence tying Born Sammang and Sok Sam Ourn to the murder of the labor leader, though the two men were convicted and spent more than four years in prison. Cambodian and international human rights groups asserted for years that the two were innocent, before they were released in 2008. ''We took the most important (facts) and put them together in a logical way and present them to viewers,'' Garella says. ''Viewers can look at the same facts and arrive at any conclusion that they want to. We don't jump into conclusion. We show what we know and no more than what we know.''
