Maybe you've heard of Visualization / Guided Imagery as a way to enhance sports performance.
To help with that I took the video from my second strike with the new ball (full shot also on YouTube) and created this video to help with that visualization (hit your mark, hook into the pocket, strike).
Rather than overdub with music, I like to hear the sound of the ball rolling down the alley - and of course the sound of all 10 pins going down in an instant - 12 times in this video.
We'll see how the scores continue to improve with the new ball - the second week of league I averaged 24 pins over average per game.
I'm fairly pleased with the results - With my old ball I was averaging 164 - with the new ball towards the end of the season my weekly average was a little over 200 - and if I get a even a little coaching over the summer it could go even higher
