I see Gary Rosenfeld now only shows the device he stole from me in a pdf what a crook and liar and Doug Pratt as well. Gary and Doug I have all of the email,s I see now several others are using my concept...excellent... I would rather give it away than have it stolen....

These are some videos I made of a product I invented back in 2000 2001 and made the mistake of sharing the idea with Doug Pratt aka Pratthobbies.com and Gary Rosenfield at aerotech-rocketry.com
see his new product..

AeroTech Unveils New Products at LDRS-25
AeroTech introduced several new products at LDRS-25 in Amarillo, Texas on June 29 through July 4.

The product that seemed to generate the most excitement was the "Electronic Forward Closure™", or EFC™ (part no. EFC-1, $169.95 suggested retail). The EFC is a timer-based electronic recovery system deployment module that attaches to the top of any RMS™-29, 38 or 54mm reloadable rocket motor. It includes a reusable glow-plug ejection charge ignition system that eliminates the need for electric matches and similar one-time use devices commonly employed with other electronic deployment systems. A robust anodized aluminum housing protects the unit from mechanical shock and exposure to ejection charge residue, and an integral ejection charge holder retains up to 3 grams of black powder.

Gary,

Attached is the video of the reusable chute deployment system, since the video
was taken I have tested it (fired it ) over 40 times with no damage to it.
Weather permitting, I will also show a complete launch and deployment of it.
No more electric match making! of inherent problems with them!
Later this week I will be speaking to the president of Estes regarding the
reusable igniter system but would prefer to do business with youre company
Gary.
Let me know what you think, I can also burn you a cd with the original mpegs
which are a better quality. I only have dial-up here so my connection is slow.
Doug I will call you tonight to discuss these inventions.
Thank you for taking the time Gary to see both these devices.

Ron,

I appreciate your consideration of AeroTech as a potential partner in the
commercial development of your ideas.

Since our accident in 2001, AeroTech has focused all of its energies in the
rebuilding of its motor manufacturing capability, and this effort is still
ongoing. It takes a significant amount of time and money to bring products
like the ones you are working on to market. Unfortunately, these resources
are in very short supply at AeroTech. Adding to that is the developing
shipping crisis which threatens to shut down the entire hobby rocket
industry. Believe it or not there is not much money in the hobby rocket
business, except perhaps for Estes who has the vast majority of market
share. I've also found that hobby rocket customers are very reluctant to
spend their money on anything new that does not generate an immediate
tangible benefit for them.

Because of these factors, I would suggest that you approach Estes for
assistance or attempt to bring the products to market yourself. However, I
would caution you that in my opinion there is a very small potential market
for these devices, and you may not be able to recover your investment for a
substantial period of time.

Good luck,

Gary
