Brian Vickers, who announced he would not be returning to Hendrick Motorsports in 2007, gave Dave Despain and SPEED an exclusive interview on Wind Tunnel, telling viewers he had signed a multi-year deal with Team Red Bull that begins next season behind the wheel of the #83 Toyota.
yeah hendrick treated vickers like shit. i was glad when he wrecked vickers an jr at talladega, he finally got the win he needed and deserved to get. now hes not overshadowed, cuz even though the team is struggling hes already having great runs, including having toyotas first top 10 in NNCS

that's why Vickers made a race this weekend and AJ didn't right? I hate to say it, but once they get their feet on the ground Vickers is going to be a strong competitor

It's too bad they didn't make the 500! I'm sad. =(

Yes, deep down I know that and that's why I followed him to TRB even though I'm a total HMS girl. It was stil hard for me to accept though, because I wanted him to always be in Ricky/Papa Joe's car.

He left HMS cuz they treated him like crap. I wish him all the best and I know that he will win more races this year.

Both will to equally well. Team resources, and I'm sure Brian will share as much with AJ as possible to help him out.

I don't even want to think how many times I watched this before I made myself delete it from my DVR. So good, but so bad. (Good because I'm happy for BV but bad because WHY DID HE HAVE TO LEAVE HMS? Gosh.)
