What's the name of the addon that calls the stuns and the stun used on the raid chat?

I've seen that on the first part of the kill, the Deathknight called Woes says on chat that some paladin stunned a Valk'yr, and also says the raid icon (diamond).
I would like to know (if you don't mind) how do you advertise the raid icon in chat.
