  • I've tried taking the screen off, but now I have quite a lot of glue left on the screen. I think I've scratched the screen too. How can I get the glue off?

  • i can't unclip any of the original housing including the bit where the 3 logo is? help? :(

  • @sofieetorriiilovesjw

Hi, the bit with the 3 logo on is very difficult the first time it comes off, start at the bottom and lift it up, once it lifts up then move to the top of it and pull it down, that should get that bit off and make it easier to remove the rest, i hope this helps,

    kind regards,

    Neill.

Hi, the blue dot is a warranty sticker, basically Blackberry put it there so they know if someone has opened your phone other than them, the screw is under that blue sticker,

You can just push through the sticker or remove it then you will see the other screw,

I hope this helps, and if you need anything else just ask,

    Kind regards,

    Neill.

  • One of the screws at the back of mine is blocked by a blue thing. Is this supposed to be there? Its a curve 9300
