(HQ is the way to go!)
This is NOT a fly-over city. Indianapolis is the Racing Capital of the World, but who gives a hoot about cars going in a circle? You will...after fueling up at these gastro-joints and taking to the infields on race day. This city is a whole experience, one that budget and youth travelers will indeed find incredible if they hit up Joe's gumbo, the Noodle's local ale and gangster walk-around, and the world's largest single-day sporting event!

Check out http://nomadderwhere.com to read my blog about these places visited and my experiences while filming, as I'm sure your tongue will be salivating for more upon minute two's completion!

This has been one gnarly competition, and I'm thrilled to still be in. Congrats to all. Good luck to all. See you at the finish line (I had to use that pun, I apologize...it's a sickness)!

  • Amazing!!!! I think the Slippery Noodle sounds like a grand ol' time! Good luck, Linds!!!!

  • Lindsay,

Your writing and videos amaze me. I've never been to the Slippery Noodle or Yats and I've lived here for 52 years!!! They both are now on my Bucket List! you're my pick for the STA internship - hands down!
