The prosecution went for the harshest punishment without motive.

Cause of death was accident w/chloroform not being stabilized & stored properly. Phosgene collected was released, killing Caylee within 2-4hr.

What we will never know is whether Casey came back to the trunk and saw her in distress with skin burns, enlarged eyes and eye burns, and coughing up pinkish fluid. Did Casey see her dying and put duct tape on her mouth with remaining chloroform?

Or did she check on Caylee too late?

At least Mr Ashton wasn't sticking his tongue out at the camera in the courtroom or playing finger f--- with his client like bozo baez was doing, go check out more videos on you tube, bozo and the skank were always playing games during the trial, baez is unethical and disgrace to attorneys everywhere.

@kyle11606 - Nobody thinks she's innocent, the prosecutor had a hard time tying the evidence together. She's a liar, a total slut, thats all they have. Jeff ashton used circumstantial evidence and WAD's (Wild Ass Guesses) to support his argument. No conviction in any court should be based of any of those, it should be solid concrete evidence (which it wasn't).

@elguapo3001 Ummmm probably Ashton....after all he is retired while Baez works and is taxed, which helps pay Ashtons salary.... Baez lost the probation appeal, Anthony didn't win her feel sorry for me I don't feel safe act, and is right back in FL, Baez is under investigation for the 2 time by the FL State Bar, pretty sure Ashton is laughing it up....
