I started wondering if you forgot about your famous wine intake. Dave, would this work in the oven or under the broiler?

Sorry Craig. I gave you rather a short answer on this before. If you were doing it under the broiler, I would put a light brusing on and then turn the chicken wings until just about cooked. I would then put a thicker layer of sauce on one side and watch it carefully to just get it hot but not burnt. Then do the same for the other side. The risk is the chili sauce burns quickly under direct heat.
