i grew up watching my mom, aunts, and uncles step...being from chicago it's just something the older generation did. now us young'ns (25-30) do it, but it just doesn't look as smooth as when the old schoolers do it. i'm working on it though lol hopefully my footwork will get to the level in this vid. thanks for posting

Are you using a 6 count on this video?..I've only had 2 steppin' lessons here in Milwaukee and I can't wait for my feet to move this smooth...Good Job.;D

I'm bringing up the rear at 44 y.o., and it's finally time to learn to 'git down'. With lessons, how long should it take for me get as smooth as Moe? When I do it, I want to do it right. The flair of Moe's and Shareda's footwork speaks for itself!
