We are already torturing anyone accused of terrorism. Now with the NDAA and and the Expatriation act now being debated in congress, no doubt America will soon be doing this to humans on a massive scale like Germany did. You can always tell the character of a nation by how it treats it's animals, it's sick, and it's elderly. We are a fail on all 3 and will soon start torturing our fellow citizens on a mass scale. The sort that tortures animals will torture humans with no second thought. Scum.

@ransom247 Here here, I've thought this way for decades - mass murderers, serial killers, terrorists, torturers, animal and child abusers - all are scum of the earth. Plus the results of medical and product testing are obviously far more accurate on human subjects.
