I was pretty much drunk that morning after an hard hangover.. Gone to a bar to buy a couple of beers i've seen this guy sitted with his family. They were russian. To me he was the russian Bieber so i asked the parents if i could take a picture with him, after insisting a little (and after mentioning Justin Bieber and making them laugh) they let me do it. Later, sober, looking at the picture, i discovered he didn't look like him at all but i decided to do the video anyway because it makes me laugh the poo out of me.
