  • I rode through this tunnel as well... It was one of the most amazing experiences of my life... As soon as you enter the tunnel, you freeze yourself to death going down al the time... and sweating your ass up, going up again...I think this was filmed when you were already on your way back from honningsvag? Anyways, thanks for documenting it... It still makes me tremble... Thank you!! :)

  • Yes, it's from Honningsvag side.

    Thaks for comment. :)

  • I agree with You, that landscape in Finland was rather boring. But luckily due to good wind we passed it quickly.

I suppose, that it might be me :-D However I was only a guest on that server for the purpose do find some company for trip. Surprisingly the search bring no result. Finally I went with childhood friend, who canceled his own trip from Lhasa to Kathmandu (lost his part-time job and high travel expenses). We agreed, that we may realize his plan in the future.

  • I don't know how You, but I think the worse part was Finland, flat and boring..

Ah, probably I see your preparation for this trip on Czech forum.. i don't remember name at this moment, but i think it was Your post. ;)

    Best Regards!

  • Thanks for You comment. I see, that You choose the best ways in Scandinavia. Congratulations.

My trip was start in Nynashamn, becouse I see south-west part of Norway in 2003. I don't go to Nordkin, because at Nordcapp I meet the most deadly weather in my life, which I see for next few days. It was hard to move anywhere, I dreamed to go inside the land. :)

  • I have realy amazing weather on Mageroya and spent 3 amazing days there (also made trek to real northest point). From Honingsvag I took a ship to Berlevag (realy cool desolated place in tundra) and in two days reached Kirkenes. Then continued through Inari, Sodankyla, Kemijarvi, Kajaani to Helsinki, then Tallin and Riga, from which I take bus to Prague.

Total spent 50 days in saddle, also about 5600 km.

Thanks and good luck in future trips... Greetings from Czech Rep.

  • Thank you for uploading your video. I found it very helpful while organizing my own trip to Nordkapp. My way was slightly different. Started in Oslo, went to the west and pass the hignest and most interesting parts of southern Norway (Haukeli, Naeroydalen, Jotuhaimen, Geirangerfjord, Trollstigen...) to Trondheim. Route to Bodo was similar except crossing of Polar Circle on old road near E6 in Saltfjelet. From Lofoten through Andoya, Senja, Tromso back to E6 and Nordkapp.

  • rispekt ! najlepszy sposob na spedzenie urlopu ! szacun dla was!

  • 5 stars, a subscribtion, and in my favorites!!!

  • wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
