@pakau a resource based economy will not work in and of itself. The people themselves must control the creation or money... and treat money as value and not wealth...

The reason why a resource based economy will not work is you would still need "experts" to control the system... and it will lead us to the same very problem we have today...but instead of being based on imaginary dollars but actual resources.

but you should have been far more precise in how you said it. The statement that the government is using its people as collateral needs clarification. A lot of clarification.
