WTC 7 flashes and pops - slower and bigger

Look at this video, you'll see something new about WTC 7 flashes and pops. In the first part there's something that cut a column of white smoke and after that something like an explosion on that floor.
In the 2nd part you'll see some flashes on the right side of the building 7, from botton to the top, while it was falling down.
