@preston51511 Did that years ago. Forgot exactly how I did it. Making it robust for running might mean sacrificing its perfect look. If look is absolutely not important, than just use a nail as axle & glue the hub on the nail's head.

@ppplll000999 now how did you make the wheels rotate (not talking about where the twin moter gearbox is)

Hi Thanks for the info. but will try both as cant fit gearing and servo in all kits and trying to make a 1 stop shop system.
Can you let me know which submarine you mentioned because there are a few on ebay over here. I like your home build gearboxes in smaller models and trying to make similar for Pz 2 also trying to modify static track sdkfz 251 using other tracks...not easy ahhhhh

Lol i just recently finished making a non-rc model of this tank and it is a beutiful model
I use whatever surplus parts I have in hand. I have parts from Walmart's RC sub, Trumpeter's sub , radio shack's etc.
I can't even tell you for sure what surplus parts I have inside because I have built so many.

How do you slow servo down to give slower turret turning speed? Voltage divider on supply?

Adding a gear is the sure way. Reducing voltage or current might be working when you test it, but might refuse to work after you paint it , etc.

Ho do you get you drive wheels to attach to the drive shafts?

Epoxy glue. However make SURE it is at the dead centre because once it dries up, there is no way to correct the mis-alignment.
