I'd be surprised if these two shows weren't combined in Japan.
I mean, like a special episode where the two shows come together and insanity ensues. I mean, there's a special with Detective Conan and Lupin III, so it's not all that crazy.
Anyways, this video is hilarious.

man when i first saw this a while back on another site i just couldn't stop watching it. this is a serious piece of work. one of the best amv's i've seen.
