i want a new phone since my samsung gravity dosent have good signal were i live so i like the blackberry phones and the problem with them is that there all smartphones.i dont need buisness phones just a phone that would have messageing, calling, good camera and video ect all the fun stuff.what i want to know is if i would need a special smartphone plan for this phone and would it work well if it was just for all the simple things.
The Blackberry Pearl Flip doesn't require a data plan or any smartphone plans. If you want, you can just get the phone, a voice plan, and check out. You can still use internet and all if you have wifi, and if you spend most of your time at home, then perfect. But to get most out of a blackberry, an optional blackberry data plan is availible for this phone.
NOTE: The data plan is optional only on the flip. All other smartphones REQUIRE a data plan.
