Based on a true story. Starring Edward Asner, Elli Wallach, Millie Perkins, David Ogden Stiers. Asner portrays a Saturday Review Editor, Norman Cousins. He has been diagnosed with a degenerative spinal disease. Unable to accept the prognosis, he begins to battle his illness. This touching film covers the highly emotional spiritual battle but there are also plenty of humorous moments.
