this is a tutorial on how to get there in 4.3.x : same spots to get under orgrimmar only change now is that you have to ALT F4 when the mount caster is almost at the end and you log in again.

This works and there are plenty of ways to go there 1. is the blink way check my channel for that the other is the dc macro way ( DC MACRO :

/script PlaceAction(1)

make a macro saying then stick to a wall in orgri (same wall as this vid should work ) cast a ground mount and 0.1 sec before casting is complete use the dc macro ... then log back into wow .. u should be mounted face the wall and start jumping and moving forward. I will upload a vid showing h2do this soon.

@xXSnowyTiitanXx Yes, I've seen it. But I don't see why they didn't display this one openly either, unless a bunch of GMs huddle around it every now and again. There is also one in Hillsbrad.
