In 2004, we walked the Burren on our way to Lisdoonvarna on a fantastic warm sunny day. Galway Bay is spectacular. Incredible experience there... no manmade noise, 360-degree views, the water in Galway Bay was an indescribable rich blue. We were so moved we were going to make love right there, but... well, it is rocks, you know!!

Thanks for the tour. I'd never get there myself, so I'm glad someone was there to show me. I've been to Ireland only when i was a boy. It's lovely that someone could show me more than I was able to see then.

I agree. The Burren is a marvelous place, the open space, the beautiful flowers peeking out from the furrows, the stone forts. And then where it meets Galway Bay - what a gorgeous view and ride.
