You have to work up, take out the bottom panel first, then work up. Once you have mangaged to take out the top panel, then take out the steering column and unplug the indications. Under the two screws at the dashboard surround and the one underneath the top of it, remove that then unclip the speedo, using the click at the top of it, I you should just be able to lift it out.

how did you get to the dials to change the LED's i've managed it in the MFD but cant remove the piece of plastic that goes around the steering column and arches over the dials, how did you get it out?
