ummmmmmmmm. so they told me, "yes, there is definitely going to be a mic stand you can use because you definitely do a lot better with a stand for this song so you can engage the audience and you don't have to move around a lot"
... um. hanging me a wireless mic and presenting me with two mic stands IN USE does not count. so I did the awkward clapping and singing and chasing the microphone with my face. and it messed me up and was not a good situation. :(
