quick review on antron 99

i didnt have a lot of time sorry but i highly reccomend this as it is a high powered areial and i had a standered silver rod areial i upgraded to one of these and theres all ways a convo on the cb

One of the most versatile antennas made. It doubles as a 10 meter antenna as well as 11 meters. It can also work on 12, 15, and 17 meters. 17 meters with a tuner though but it WILL work.

@158057 look up ugly baun on net or youtube simple construction - more efficient antenna - antenna radiating not the coax - more power up the antenna - more efficient better performing antenna system and not causing interference from stray rf on coax try it :~)

@158057 Hi look at rf choke - look up ugly balun on the internet or on you tube very simple construct from winding coaxial coils this is for the feedpoint right before where you connect your feed your coaxial cable to your antenna this simple task will isolate your antenna from your feedline cutting out any stray rf which might cause interference to other things like tv whatever this will also make your antenna much more efficient and perform much better with all power up the spout :~)

@cbtruthteller and before u start in regard to getting idiots on cb bands what about all the idiots on the ham bands yes those clowns who continually key up and so on and those who deliberately attack others for no reason mmmmmmm maybe jealousy maybe other reasons but clowns on ham radio too infact where ever u go there are clowns or the idiots yes not just cb bands right - oh i am a licensed ham radio operator for your info so stick your loosers perception up your own a*s.

@cbtruthteller how are cb radio enthusiasts loosers might i ask - are ham radio frequencies amazingly different from a non amateur frequency lol it is another freq a different wavelength thats all oh but a different freq means u are a loser right lol the only difference i know of is the licensing requirements infact the only looser i see here is you by the way you speak and your attitude toward others.

@cbtruthteller no it is not junk - you are just up yourself because you have an amateur radio licence and maybe a understanding of antenna or interest in how an antenna actually works or is constructed and put together so stop being up u own ass - infact it works well for cb freq and construction is proven to last and withold in bad weather conditions so what more u want than this at the price lol

i just recieved mine today. how is the SWR? Does it bleed over on tvs and stuff?
