http://PhiladelphiaNewConstruction.Com: The Arts Condominium overlooks the cosmopolitan Avenue of the Arts. Marble floors span throughout the units, and are the ground to spacious, breath-easy quarters. Large windows allow for plenty of sunlight (resplendent off the marble, as you can imagine). And of course, a retiring vista of the Philadelphia skyline comes with every unit. - More info about this and other Philadelphia New Construction real estate at http://PhiladelphiaNewConstruction.Com
I lived in this building from 1992 to 1999. Years ago, it was the Sylvania Hotel. Then it became known as the Sylvania House. When I moved out, it was known as the Arts Tower. Now they're all condominiums.
When I first moved in there, my rent was only $365 a month. Now they charge an arm and a leg for them.
