- Someone peruses Company files of the Level 5 prisoners, including two labeled Knox and Jesse Murphy
- Sylar lies on a metal table
- Nathan talks to someone over the abilities
- Matt wanders through a desert
- Peter walks into an emergency room
- HRG tells Claire "Some people are just evil, that's their nature."
- Hiro pursues Daphne
- Future Peter asks,"Where did they go?"
- Angela says, "Escaped!
- Angela walks into a cell, saying: "You need to be strong for what's to come"
- A man sits in a room as Ali Larter's character walks in wearing a skimpy outfit.
- An unknown figure is shown from the waist down. He is wearing a black trench coat with his finger on the trigger of a handgun at his side while walking away from a seemingly familiar scene.
- Sylar in Claire's house, raising his hands like he is trying to use one of his powers. He also has a knife in his chest.
- Peter shouts: "Something could go wrong, they changed everything" (seems like he is in the desert)
- Claire stands alone in a room as a light explodes
- Sylar walking in the street where the Bennets live.
- Mohinder balancing upside-down from a rafter
- Mohinder injecting himself with a syringe
- Future Peter running
- Future Peter throws Sylar at a car
- Ando and Hiro standing in a door
- Mohinder kissing Maya
- Linderman saying: "It is God's plan"
- Future Claire, holding Future Peter at gun point holding the same gun which the person with the trenchcoat had on, saying: "Sorry Peter, I'll always love you." then she releases her gun, aiming at him. Future Peter is then shown closing his eyes.
