  • Amanda, you are amazing! And to everyone who says Amanda won't make the team or how her training should look like, I have only two things to say: 1) you cannot say that cause you don't know that and 2) you have no idea of training. Go Amanda!!!! :)

  • As a former swimmer, I think she is wasting time doing cardio work in the gym. Save that for the pool. She should be doing strength and reflex drills in the gym, IMHO.

  • @ignpp Es que no son dominadas, el trabajo es otro, no busca masa muscular, sino potencia para un solo movimiento, que es el de traer los brazos hacia el cuerpo, el otro muvimiento no le intereza porque no lo utiliza a la hora de nadar. Igual, hacer 42 de estas, por mas que sean mal hechas no creo que sea muy fácil para nadie...
