FMK KARATE 2010 Local Kids Learn Karate in the Park

The City of Binghamton and FMK Karate announced the schedule for the "Karate in the Parks" Program.

FREE KARATE IN THE PARKS 2010 SCHEDULE!

The schedule below will include free Karate instruction
with plenty of Black Belt supervision, as well as the
instruction in terms of avoiding violence and conflict,
with street safety tips in all classes.

Classes will take place on Fridays from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
Make plans to meet us in the following area parks!!

Frank M. Kushner is a Martial Arts Master with over 35 years of continuous training and has been inducted into many World Martial Arts Halls of Fame. He has trained in Karate as well as having extensive training in martial arts weapons with both American and Oriental Masters. Mr. Kushner spent several years as a top rated National Karate Competitor who traveled the U.S. and Canada, rarely coming back with anything but a first place win. He is known for extensive knowledge, precision and detail of technique, for giving impressive demonstrations, patience and a connection with young people.

FMK Karate Located at 782 Chenango Street, Binghamton N.Y. for the past 16 years, and has become a place to learn and make friends for hundreds of adults and children. One of the only buildings in the country, that was designed and built with the training of karate in mind.
