what Benefits you can gain if your Calves are Strong ? what dynamical and mechanical benefits can give the Calves ?

I have weak calves, but my legs are very strong, because I have long legs and First Serious Muscular Mass I gained at legs when I was only 13 or 14 (I was doing a lot of leg press and I was enjoying)

I noticed that during a small soccer game (1 to 1,who reaches first to 3 goals wins, only to 1 net with 1 goalkeeper) because I was alone with no teammates my calves were exhausted

Strengthening Calves is important for ankle stability, pivoting, jumping, agility drills, and overall body force production. While calf training is usually not a top priority for most people, I don't think it should be neglected either. I will be doing more and much better calf training videos later on for sports, growing calves bigger, hitting calves differently, etc.

and I have another question ( damn only 500 characters are too less for me :D :) ) .. :

Does many people Have Very Weak Ankles? And if... that people Need to Train A Lot their ankles?

And... I am curious Why I Had A Lot Of Pains during a lot of my Childhood :-? I remember that I was walking on my heels a lot

But... in spite of this thing I Have Very "Wealthy" Legs, more than calves, Plus... my foots are Very Small

And the Super Small Foots Can Explain my Weak Calves?

ahaaa so it's Important For Agility, in my opinion a big man needs also to be Agile, for example judo&greco-roman wrestlers they stay flexed like a bull in this position all the match and need to be very balanced to avoid their body being manipulated, and they are big

and at box&tennis is important to do that "ankle game" that continuous bouncing to be more precise (woow I play tennis since 1 year I find that it has maany common things with box, and is good also for arm speed)

If you lift heavy and make those workouts count, and do your best to eat big and sleep enough you will be able to gain some muscle, but maybe just to a certain point. You might hit a plateau that would require you to get in more workouts and more rest for continued muscle growth
