Steps of obtaining the item(earth talisman) or any merch item the fastest:
1) Buy item for maximum price from Grand Exchange.
2) Spread out offers for item evenly through all 6 Grand Exchange slots(2 Grand Exchange slots if you're not a member, we only do f2p merch items seldomly)
3) Renew/Refresh offers for item in the Grand Exchange to the new maximum price immediately following a Grand Exchange update.
