Not at all true to her name, Shy is an exuberant brindle puppy that is looking for an active family that can keep up with her energy level and love of life! At 5.5 months old, she weighs 34 pounds; we expect her to be a medium-sized adult. This Pit bull Terrier mix will need a family that can provide plenty of consistent obedience training and exercise to help her grow into a well-behaved adult. We recommend a family with dog experience and with older children, as she is still in her "mouthy" puppy phase. Shy's new family will need to continue her housebreaking and socialization with other dogs while she is still young. She may be able to live with a cat, depending on the cat.
