@hellboy6131 I still practice my finger rolls all the time to make them cleaner and cleaner and it just took me a week or so and the song at the end is Castaway by Benny Benassi

Quik Q. Is it Normal for your rist to ache or kinda hurt while your tryin to learn these things lol? i heard stretching your fingers help out.

@FutbolEsVida17 I've never really had my wrist hurt just my forearms. If you continue to practice usually the pain will go away if anything.
