Epiphone Ripper wiht upgrades demo

This is a 97´Ripper. I fixed other pickpu in bridge position (Schaller Bassbucker) and new Gibson Schaller tuners. Great sound for many kind of music.

I have seen this video over and over again and i cant get enough of the Ripper basses from Gibson or Epiphone. What pickup is it on that bass?

Hi:

This bass is the first issue (mid nineties), and it had the stock pickup at middle positio (this model had only one pickup, in the Grabber style) , but I added other pickup at bridge position. This second pickup is an Schaller Bassbucker (on "Golden 50´s wiring).

i have small fingers and hands for the most part-brand new player. what do you suggest that i use????

Hi:

For small fingers the 30" scale fits fine. If you like the hollowbodies the Ibanez AGB200 is a sweet bass.

If you prefer solid body, the Fender Mustang bass (now made in Japan) is a very cool and good sounding bass.

i'm tempted to buy one of these rippers, and make a new scratch plate and put some g-3 pickups in, or ripper ones but they dont come up as often.
